If you want to spend time outdoors, explore the wilderness, have adventures, and enjoy working with kids, consider working as a summer camp counselor! You’ll have ample opportunity to build your outdoor rec skills while you teach kids from all over the world. Summer camp provides children with safe opportunities to take risks while they try new activities like backpacking, fishing, hiking, or mountain climbing.
Many of our camps are located in the heart of different mountain ranges which include some of the most beautiful hiking country in the Northeastern U.S. Hiking is a major component of the outdoor adventure program as well as overnight adventures throughout the summer. Many of camps feature highly popular climbing towers with high ropes courses. Training certification is provided during staff orientation.
