S’more Melanin is partnering with GreatCampJobs to develop and implement a strategy that will attract and retain staff and campers of color at the CampGroup camps. The continued and intentional work of manifesting what is possible looks different for every camp, but what is consistently proven to be true is that an independent camp’s success is inextricably linked to its ability to enroll, hire and retain as many campers and staff as their capacity allows.
